Louisville Kings Coaching Approach
The Louisville Kings have 24 coaches on staff, plus we employ 5 current D1 players as positional coaches to assist during team practices and skills sessions. We strive to have 3 coaches at every team practice, and a goalie coach.
Practice plans are designed to improve positional skills and team skills with a high tempo approach. Coaches have a common drill bank that offers strong development as well as flexibility to keep practices engaging. Our coaches have installed a development system and practice plans that all of our teams use to ensure a consistent development process that builds year over year as the players age.
Louisville Kings Leadership
The leadership staff for the Kings collaborates with the coaches to install a system that is the standard for the Kings.
