Girls Recreational League (6th–8th Grade)

The Girls Rec League provides a welcoming, energetic introduction to lacrosse for girls in 6th through 8th grade. Whether a player is brand new or continuing to develop core skills, this program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the girls’ game through weekly recreational play.

This 8v8 winter indoor league takes place in January and February at King Louie’s, offering fast-paced action, plenty of touches, and an age-appropriate competitive environment. With strong coaching and regular gameplay, athletes get a supportive experience that builds confidence and reinforces their love for the sport.
